Marine Terminal Services Agreement

Unless the agreement is amended, amended and amended, all the conditions, provisions, agreements and conditions set out in the agreement remain fully applicable. This sixth amendment to the third amendment to the “Amendment” agreement dates from September 1, 2020 between Marathon Petroleum Company LP, a Delaware limited partnership at 539 South Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840 (“MPC”), and MPLX Terminals LLC, a limited liability company with an address of 200 East Hardin Street, Findlay, Ohio5840 (“Terminal Owner”).
